Soho is back + better than ever

We’ve spent the start of the year transforming the space from the ground up. Not just a lick of paint, but a proper reimagining of what this room can be.
After an R&D trip through Mexico City’s legendary cantinas, from opulent 19th-century hideouts to gloriously no-nonsense ‘80s drinking dens, we came back with one goal: to capture the particular aura of these rooms and make our Soho spot feel more alive.
Now you’ll find lava stone booths made for long, mezcal-fuelled affairs, the iconic EP handwashing station (because tacos should be messy), and window counter seats for solo diners and quick pit stops.
As for those quirky design issues? No more arctic wind tunnels when you step inside.
This is just the beginning. In March, @bar_el_siete opens directly beneath.
