After a huge response to our EP + Amigos announcement, tickets for our dinner with the low-key legend Santiago M. Moctezuma at Maizajo are flying.

On Thursday 16th April, Santiago M. Moctezuma takes over El Pastor London Bridge kitchen for one night only.

In Jan 2024, we travelled to Mexico City and had the enormous pleasure of eating at Maizajo and taking a look around its mill. It quickly became one of the most talked-about stops on the trip.

This menu brings that magic to London.

Expect dishes such as tacos de camarón, a campechano taco (a Mexico City street-food classic of suadero beef mixed with spicy pork sausage), guava mole, and tres leches with toasted corn ice cream, all served feasting style.

It’s a rare chance to experience one of Mexico City’s most exciting taquerías, here in London, for one night only.

Tickets are £50 and include a welcome drink from Tequila Herradura.
