El Siete is open!

Is it possible that all roads have led us here? Nearly thirty years ago, we opened El Colmillo in Mexico City. A simple idea built on cocktails, house music, and a true sense of welcome.

El Siete is the space we’ve been dreaming of since. A bar that combines all the things we love: serious cocktails in a laid-back setting, mezcal, tequila, tostaditas, and a little mischief.

It’s the kind of room that makes you want to stay far longer than planned, inspires the extremely Soho question ‘where are we going next?’ then sends you out into the night feeling alive and giddy.

So, whether it’s a weekday pre-dinner margarita, a Saturday night on the tiles with friends, a drink to ease the Sunday scaries (yes, we are open every day), or a big ‘take the whole damn place’ event, we really hope you enjoy this space.

A huge thanks to all of you who’ve joined us at El Siete so far. We have a feeling this will be your new favourite spot.
