April specials at London Bridge

We’ve decided to shake up our specials for next month. From April, each El Pastor will have two specials unique to that site. Here’s what’s at London Bridge.

SEABASS CEVICHE, Chicharrón

Fresh seabass ceviche served with golden, crispy prawn and squid chicharrón, lightly spiced with ancho chilli paste. It’s paired with a vibrant leche de tigre bursting with citrus, chilli, and fresh herbs.

CHICKEN MOLE WITH ARROZ ROJO 

Tender chicken thighs simmered in a rich, velvety mole made from dried chillies, spices, sesame seeds, tomato, onion, garlic, and a touch of chocolate. Layers of smoky, sweet, earthy, and mild spice come together with our heirloom corn tortillas, traditional arroz rojo, and a crisp radish salad.
