April specials at King’s Cross

We’ve decided to shake up our specials for next month. From April, each El Pastor will have two specials unique to that site. Here’s what’s at King’s Cross.
HAMICHI CEVICHE, BURNT HABANERO DRESSING
Sashimi-grade yellowtail from the Pacific waters of Baja California, cured in fresh lime and citrus. Finished with a smoky burnt habanero dressing for a hit of heat, subtle sweetness, and charred depth.
LAMB BARBACOA
Traditionally from Hidalgo, central Mexico, barbacoa is pit-roasted overnight in agave (maguey) leaves. Our version takes lamb shoulder marinated in rich adobo and slow-cooked in banana leaves until tender. Served with salsa verde fresca, onion, coriander, and heirloom corn tortillas.
